Did you Forget your Password - Here's How to Reset It

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry. It happens to everyone. A small pause in access doesn’t have to mean a pause in learning. We’ll guide you through the steps so you can return to your studies without delay.

If You Can Log In

If you’re already able to log in but simply want to update your password, follow these simple steps:

Log in to the website.
Click on your avatar image at the top-right to access your User Dashboard.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down to Private Info and select Set New Password.

AMAU offers you two convenient options:

Continue via Email – Receive a reset link directly in your inbox.
Use Existing Password – Enter your current password to update directly.

If You’ve Forgotten Your Password

If you can’t log in at all, don’t worry, you can reset your password easily:

Go to the Sign In page.
Select Sign in with Password.
Click Set New Password.
Enter your email address in the field provided.
Click Send Instructions.
Check your inbox for an email with a Reset Password link.
Click the link and enter your new password.
Click Save New Password.

Once done, you’ll see a confirmation message and be redirected to the home page, ready to continue your studies.

Important Notes

Password reset links are valid for only one hour and are one-time use.
If the link expires or is used multiple times, you may see an error message stating the link is invalid.
For your security, we encourage you to click the link as soon as you receive it.

Password Requirements

To ensure your account is secure, please follow these guidelines:

Minimum of 8 characters _ Maximum of 128 characters _ Case-sensitive (uppercase and lowercase letters are treated differently)
No restrictions on special characters or spaces
